We took the oldest word we have and made it a house.

Maison Bahr exists because of a feeling we kept chasing in old family photos, summers that were slower.

Umbrellas placed at nine in the morning. A paddle rally that lasts until someone's called in for lunch. Cards and tawla in the shade, fresca passed down a row of chairs, a swim before the drive home on the coastal road. Nobody documented it much. Everybody remembers it perfectly.

That's the summer we make things for.

We are a Mediterranean lifestyle swimwear house born in Cairo, European in spirit, Sahel in soul. The tailoring discipline, the palette, the belief that a beach day deserves beautiful objects: that's the European inheritance every Egyptian coast town already carries in its bones, from Alexandria's old cabins to Agami's white walls. We didn't import it. We remembered it.

And we make it here. Every Maison Bahr piece is produced in Egypt, with Egyptian hands, on fits developed for us, because a brand about our summer shouldn't be sewn an ocean away from it.

Local made isn't our marketing angle. It's the whole point.

What we make: Swimwear built to be lived in, not just photographed and the objects that complete the day: the bag that carries it, the towel you'll argue over, the games that turn strangers on the next umbrella into friends by sunset.

The sea has always been here . We just gave the summer back its feeling!
